We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We’re happy to accept returns, provided they meet the following requirements:

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Due to frequent inventory changes, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

The Pink Bungalow PA currently ships only within the lower 48 continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories is not available at this time.
