Head of Pretty Things

Tina has always been passionate about supporting and promoting local businesses.  You could say it is her DNA.  Her entrepreneurial spirit is not something foreign to her as her father and grandfather were local business owners.

Even with a hiatus from a retail storefront for several years, Tina continued to stay connected with vendors she had built relationships with during her 35 years in the retail industry. 

​

In 2020, Tina witnessed how communities pulled together to support local businesses during the height of the pandemic.  A creative spark was lit, and she designed a local map featuring historical landmarks in her hometown of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  The Pink Bungalow was born!  (Oh yes, the initial sketch was on a cocktail napkin during dinner at a local restaurant.)

With the success of those products and requests from our customers, we continue to expand our selection of products.
